Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Pearl & Sapphire Designs and to contact the studio. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Project agreements

Each stationery project is governed by its written proposal, invoice, and any signed client agreement. Those documents set the project scope, deliverables, schedule, revision rounds, production method, payment terms, and cancellation terms. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the project documents control.

Booking and payment

Your project is booked when Pearl & Sapphire Designs receives the agreed payment and confirms the booking in writing. The studio may pause work if an invoice remains unpaid. The studio will state all payment deadlines in the project agreement or invoice.

Client materials and approvals

You are responsible for supplying accurate event details, guest information, wording, addresses, and any materials you ask the studio to use. You must review every proof before approval. After written approval, Pearl & Sapphire Designs is not responsible for errors in names, dates, spelling, grammar, quantities, or other approved details.

Printing and production

Paper, ink, screen color, handmade processes, and production methods can create small variations. Pearl & Sapphire Designs will work to maintain the approved direction, but cannot guarantee that printed pieces will match an on-screen proof exactly. Production timelines begin after final approval and payment of any production balance.

Ownership and portfolio use

Pearl & Sapphire Designs keeps ownership of its original artwork, layouts, concepts, and working files unless a written agreement states otherwise. You may use the final approved stationery for your event. The studio may photograph and share completed work in its portfolio, website, social channels, and promotional materials unless you agree otherwise in writing before production begins.

Third-party services

This website may link to third-party services, including Instagram. Pearl & Sapphire Designs does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
